Charlie John

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Charlie John is Senior Associate at Renevo Capital Limited, where he supports M&A, capital raising and private equity transactions for emerging growth companies.

Working closely with the firm’s senior bankers, Charlie is involved in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, including corporate and industry research, financial modelling and analysis, company valuation, identification of business development opportunities, due diligence, preparation of marketing and presentation materials, and identification of corporate and financial buyers and investors.

Prior to joining Renevo Capital Limited, Charlie gained experience in Investment Banking at Nomura, and in Corporate Finance at Bluebox.

Charlie received his Master of Science degree in Management and Finance from Durham Business School, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Durham University.
