Charlie John

VICE PRESIDENT

Charlie John is Vice President at Renevo Capital Limited, where he is responsible for supporting a variety of M&A, capital raising and private equity transactions for emerging growth companies across all areas of the firm’s expertise.

Charlie has over 7 years of investment banking experience and is one of the team’s senior bankers. Charlie is involved in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, including extensive financial modelling and analysis, company valuation, corporate and industry research, identification of business development opportunities, due diligence, preparation of marketing and presentation materials and identification of corporate and financial buyers and investors, relationship management and networking. In this capacity, he is primarily responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day deal activities.

Prior to joining Renevo Capital Limited, Charlie gained experience in Investment Banking at Nomura, and in Corporate Finance at Bluebox.

Charlie received his Master of Science degree in Management and Finance from Durham Business School, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Durham University.
