Yunshan Song

ANALYST

Yunshan Song is an Analyst at Renevo Capital Limited supporting M&A, capital raising and private equity transactions for emerging growth companies.

Based in Shanghai, Yunshan works closely with firm’s senior bankers, and is engaged in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, including desk research for corporations and specialist industry, company valuation through due diligence and financial modelling, exploring potential dealing opportunities, and assisting colleagues with the preparation of presentation materials.

Prior to joining Renevo Capital, Yunshan gained experience in a consulting firm which mainly focused on banking industry and worked in a public software company as a financial engineer. Yunshan received BA degree in Science in Finance from Rutgers University and he is a CFA II candidate.
