Benedita Velozo

ANALYST

Benedita is an Analyst at Renevo Capital Limited (RCL) supporting M&A transactions for emerging growth companies.

Based in Lisbon, she works closely with the firm’s senior bankers, investors, and listed companies. She is involved in all aspects of transaction origination and execution, including performing industry research, financial modelling and analysis, company valuation, conducting due diligence, and identifying potential buyers and investors.

Prior to joining Renevo Capital Limited, she gained experience in venture capital at a financial services firm, and business development at a B2B artificial intelligence start-up. Benedita has a multi-cultural background as she has lived in several different countries, and holds a Bachelor’s in Management from Nova SBE, where she worked to co-found a mental health start-up.
